Beechwood was founded in 2004 initially to provide a CFA explanation and sign up service to claimant PI solicitors. Thanks to our good reputation we soon started to receive instructions for additional services including statement taking and providing locus reports.

 

Our nationwide network of field agents, made up of either former police officers or qualified accident investigators, possess the necessary skills to carry out these functions to high standard. Before long we were taking scarring photographs and proving very successful at tracing clients and sometimes defendants.

 

As the company continues to grow substantial investment has been made in IT systems and staff to enable us to deliver a consistently efficient high quality service. It has always been a critical feature of Beechwood’s service that when requests for information are made, by either our work sources or agents, the person who answers the phone has the training and resources to resolve the query there and then.

 

Our further investment in IT systems has continued resulting in our solicitors and agents having access to a secure web portal which provides real time information on the progress of instructions. The latest IT addition has enabled us to produce digital locus reports created on tablet computers. The use of tablets will very soon be extended to include the signing and transmission of documents on them. We will be able to return data in a format compatible with your own systems creating seamless integration with your case management software. One of many benefits of this system would be the eradication of the need for you to transcribe information on CNFs gathered by Beechwood.

 

Like all members of the accident community we have had to adjust to the post Jackson landscape. Since April 13 we have seen a significant increase in demand for statements, due, we understand to the introduction of the Fixed Fee Regime and extension of the RTA portal. Because of this we have established a very experienced telephone statement team who provide a consistently high quality service with a rapid turnaround.
